PTA CONDUCTED THE SURVEY IN 18 CITIES AS WELL AS NINE MOTORWAYS, HIGHWAYS, AND INTERCITY ROADS THROUGHOUT THE FOUR PROVINCES IN ORDER TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY PAKISTANI CELLULAR MOBILE OPERATORS (CMOS)
The survey measured the CMO performance against the official KPIs for voice coverage, connectivity to networks, SMS and mobile broadband/data with advanced, computerized QoS Monitoring as well as Benchmarking tools.
In the study, Zong took the lead in the most important performance indicators such as mobile network coverage and mobile broadband services, voice quality, and overall ranking in telecom
