Robbie Williams Biopic ‘Better Man’ Gearing Up For Australia Shoot In Early 2022

Robbie Williams biopic Better Man is because of start filming in Melbourne, Australia, in early 2022.

Directed and co-written by Australian filmmaker Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman), the movie will look into the experiences that formed UK pop star Williams, each on and off stage. As we first reported earlier this 12 months, Williams can be portrayed by a CGI monkey within the movie.

The large-scale characteristic will movie at Docklands Studios Melbourne, Victoria, and can embrace an estimated 14 native Heads of Departments, 80 visible results practitioners, 220 crew and a couple of,700 extras and casuals.

Williams mentioned: “I’m so excited I am making this movie in Victoria with my friend Michael Gracey.”

Williams is well-known from his time as a cheeky teenager in boy band sensation Take That, however the singer hit stride as a solo artist, with 11 out of 12 of his studio albums charting primary within the UK. His excursions proceed to be a giant draw and he made the Guinness Book of Records for promoting 1.6 million tickets for a tour in a day.
